LA Plaza celebrated Earth Day with the launch of its Edible Teaching Garden and Culinary Arts Program. LA Plaza's newest program will offer a unique urban gardening experience spanning from composting to harvesting, and traditional Mexican culinary techniques and their influence on contemporary cuisine.
