Hecho con Amor: Chef Luis

Taste a sample of Baja California with La Carmencita restaurant. Chef Luis will discuss and share his eclectic fresh, flavorful and uniquely baja-style cuisiine with LA Plaza guests. Luis comes from a family of chefs and restaurateurs from the south of Mexico. Cooking had always been essential in his life and he finds the potential in all the ingredients and looks for the possibilities in the simplest of things. He will share what he has learned and provide a way for anyone to enjoy and experience those possibilities through his culinary creations.

 

Participants will learn to make Ceviche Mixto - Ensenada style.
