Wendy Centeno, a community chef and founder of Guayaba Kitchen, knows her way around holiday sweets. In this En Casa con LA Plaza Cocina session, she demonstrates how to make Churros. Guayaba Kitchen highlights plant-based Chicana cuisine in the northeast San Fernando Valley.
