Enjoy an evening of stand up with Aida Rodriguez, an American comedian of Puerto Rican/Dominican descent. She is a writer/performer, comedian, and actor. Esquire Magazine declared of her, “This is Rodriguez’s genius—using comedy to turn pain into progress, to give voice to the voiceless, and to laugh instead of cry.” Aida’s comedy special Fighting Words is streaming on HBO Max and she was a standout on Netflix, Tiffany Haddish produced hit series, They Ready. Her Harper Collins memoir Legitimate Kid was just released and is making its rounds with comics and the everyday people she wrote it for.  Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy an opening act with an upcoming comic to open the show, Dj music inspired by Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic rhythms before and after the show.
