When you think of ceviche you think of marinated fish or shellfish in a citrusy sauce. Well think that but then turn left. In this hands-on class students will learn to make two unique ceviches, and tips on how to bring out the most flavor from the ingredients. They will learn how to make a Tuna Ceviche in a black charred chile citrus sauce with tips on the how to cut the tuna. The second ceviche is vegan cauliflower ceviche that could rival any other ceviche out there. No ceviche class is complete without tostadas.
