In this summer class, participants will make jaiba-style ceviche using fresh plant-based ingredients inspired by the chef’s culinary memories with her father.
To compliment the dish, a Passion Fruit and Orange Blossom Agua Fresca will be made and can be served for the family or turned into a delicious Mezcalito drink.
