Hecho con Amor: Coconut Ceviche | $65

In this summer class, participants will make a jaiba-style ceviche recipe using fresh plant-based ingredients inspired by the chef’s culinary memories with her father.

To compliment the dish, a Passion Fruit and Orange Blossom agua fresca will be made and can be served for the family or turned into a delicious Mezcalito cocktail.
