The Aztec and the Mayans understood the power of chocolate and even used the cacao beans as a form of currency or as an offering to the gods. In this class, participants will make chocolate treats as offerings to their loved one, friend, or family member. We will learn the difference between couverture chocolate and coating chocolate and create delicious bites, then packed in red gift boxes, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
