Join Chef Tumara Arnett as she makes a vibrant Pozole Verde con Pollo (Green Pozole with Chicken)!

Pozole dates back over 500 years in Mexican culture and is infamous for its use of hominy, a hearty corn (cacahuazintle).

Pozole is a great dish for family gatherings, especially for celebrating. You can top it with cabbage, avocado, queso and more!

This pozole recipe is used at Joselito’s Tujunga restaurant, and utilizes a delicious chicken stock that is simmered for hours that is rich in vitamins.
