Mexican Baking Series: Capirotada | $55

In this class we will be baking a traditional capirotada and an American bread pudding with a milk custard. Capirotada is a deliciously rich Mexican bread pudding that’s traditionally served during Lent and Easter. It’s more commonly made with piloncillo, Mexican brown sugar.
