Jorge Sandoval is the Executive Chef at Brooklyn Ave. Pizza Co. With over 10 years of fine dining experience, he pivoted with the motivation in wanting to showcase the flavors of his Latin American Cultural background of El Salvador and Guatemala and share it with the local Boyle Heights community.
