Origins of the flour tortilla come with the arrival of wheat with the Spanish. Wheat grew easily and plentiful in northern Mexico and eventually became the tortilla of choice for the region.
In this class, participants will learn how to make flour tortillas; once you make them from scratch, you’ll never buy store-bought tortillas again!
