Conjunto AFRO-SON was formed in 2008, spearheaded by Bobby Escoto III, as a collaboration of talented musicians from Los Angeles, NYC, Puerto Rico, Cuba and San Francisco. Due to the band member’s extensive educational background, authenticity, and training from places like Cuba, New York and Puerto Rico, AFRO-SON often performs as a back-up band for top salsa icons. Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
