Conjunto Oye! is a salsa band that was founded in 2004. Led by trombonist Adam Rundquist, the band plays “Nuyorican” salsa—pulsating, peel-the-paint off the walls, traditional Cuban music brewed from a Puerto Rican strainer. It is one of L.A.’s pre-eminent salsa bands. Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
