The Arsenio Rodriguez Project is an all-star ensemble of today’s top LA musicians, designed to continue the legacy and to pay tribute to Arsenio Rodriguez, called by historians the father of salsa. The Ensemble came together for the first time in 2011 to honor Arsenio Rodriguez on his 100th birthday anniversary, presenting the original arrangements of the man many credit with being one of Afro-Cuban music’s greatest innovators.
Tirsa Farrah from Tirsa’s Cafe will be serving: LA Plaza Bowl, esquite, nachos, and aguas frescas. LA Plaza Cantina will serve adult beverages.
