Tirsa M. Farah is a joint owner with husband Steve Farah of popular Tirsa’s Mexican Café, located in downtown Los Angeles. With more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen, Tirsa describes her food as Mexican-American cooking inspired by Los Angeles. In this cooking demonstration, she will share her recipe for Tirsa’s Tostadas de Picadillo.
