Join us for a plática with LA Plaza staff member Chris Gurrola and youth participants from the Democracy in Dialogue Virtual Exchange program. LA Plaza is one of eighteen organizations that partnered with the Smithsonian Institution for their Democracy in Dialogue Virtual Exchange program this Spring. Our team members have been working for the past three months with these youth participants to create storytelling projects about their communities.   

Student youth will share about their experience in the program, connecting and working virtually with students from Baker, Montana, and discuss how they and their community have played a role in the 250 years of the American experience.
