This series highlights the diversity of Mexico’s cooking culture by focusing on new takes of traditionally made dishes, and plant-based, healthy alternatives. These classes are hands-on interactive cooking classes, where students prepare a dish featured by the selected guest chef.
Sabor a México
This series highlights the beauty of Mexico by focusing on one state, region or dish offering a hands-on learning experience and a taste of Mexico's culinary landscape without the need to travel. These cooking classes are interactive. Participants prepare a dish selected by a guest chef.
Plática y Prueba
In this series of conversations and tastings, participants explore the rich culinary history of Mexico through featured dishes and beverages. These classes are lecture-based and accompanied by a highlighted dish or drink.
Cooking Demonstrations
These free culinary demonstrations take place once a month at LA Cocina, with guest speakers demonstrating how to make a wide range of dishes, from the traditional recipes prepared in local households to innovative fusion dishes and more.
