Join us as we delve into the rich cultural tapestry of Afro-Latino heritage, exploring its profound impact on contemporary dance. Experience an intimate evening with Nadia Calmet, Artist and Educator and Eduardo Vilaro, Artistic Director and CEO of Ballet Hispánico, as they share personal stories, creative processes, and the powerful narratives that inspire their artistry. 

The theme centers on the enduring spirit of resilience and celebration within Afro-Latino communities, highlighting the historical and contemporary struggles, triumphs, and cultural expressions that shape their identity. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to celebrate the resilience, vibrancy, and enduring legacy of Afro-Latino culture in the world of dance­—a powerful narrative of joy and cultural pride. 

Guests are welcome to bring folding chairs, blankets and a picnic. Doors open at 7pm, the program begins at 7:30pm
