The dead come to life at LA Plaza! Watch performances that pay homage to the dead through music and dance. Hands-on art, garden and culinary workshops will be offered throughout the day! Food and beverages will be available for sale.

Neiya Arts

Neiya Arts is a Contemporary Folklorico Dance Group, based out of Carson, California, and was founded in 2015 with the purpose of preserving and diffusing Mexican culture and traditions. Neiya Arts adds an element of history and storytelling, allowing students to understand the dance and build appreciation. It creates a bridge that allows students to connect with music, dance, history, culture, art, and their stories. Neiya Arts provides a positive outlet for students to express their creativity and showcase their talents.

DJ Curator

Chris Gutiérrez has been curating sonic soundscapes since the early 1980s, engaging audiences through immersive and nostalgic cinema-inspired sound experiences.
