Dance, connect, and celebrate at the 4th Annual Afro-Latino Culture Fest at LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes—a high-energy, open-air festival filled with music, food, art, and community. Free and open to the public, this joyful gathering invites you to spend the day vibing under the sun and on the lawn.
Throughout the day, enjoy live performances, DJs, cultural activations, artisan vendors, and delicious food that showcase the rhythms, creativity, and traditions of Afro-Latino and Afro-Caribbean communities. Gather with friends at the 21+ Tropical Cocktail Bar to sip Caribbean-inspired cocktails, dance to soul-moving sounds, and soak in the festival atmosphere.
This lawn-friendly festival welcomes you to settle in—bring blankets, low chairs, and small umbrellas for shade. Families are encouraged to attend, with free, family-friendly activities available throughout the day, and outside snacks allowed for kids.
The Afro-Latino Culture Fest centers Afro-Latino and Afro-Caribbean communities while inviting everyone to take part in shared cultural experiences and exchange.
Come for the music and flavors, stay for the community, and celebrate cultura, joy, and connection.
The festival is presented by the Afro-Latino Education and Arts Collective in partnership with LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes.
