Conchas are a traditional sweet bread made of a fluffy, buttery brioche-like soft dough, flavored with cinnamon and topped with a sugar topping which resembles a seashell. This is one of the most popular kinds of authentic Mexican sweet bread and an iconic childhood favorite to many.
