This monumental neon mural installation in LA Plaza’s Vickrey-Brunswig and Plaza House building windows was created by multimedia artist Patrick Martinez in 2021. Only Light Can Do That was comprised of 33 bilingual neon signs that addressed the plight and resilience of essential workers in L.A
