LA Plaza has completed all architectural work and has begun construction of LA Plaza Cocina, the first museum and teaching kitchen dedicated to Mexican cuisine. The 2,500-square-foot facility is part of LA Plaza Village, the 355-apartment and retail project at 555 N. Spring St., and is slated to include a hands-on teaching kitchen, an area for exhibits, and a lineup of programs with experts and guest speakers when it opens in early summer 2021.
